Creamy Quinoa-Porridge

Ingredients:
Quinoa, 80 g (quinoa is naturally gluten-free)
Hazelnut drink or any other plant-based milk, 1/4 cup
Water if needed
Banana, 1/2
Blueberries, 60 g (1/2 package)
Coconut flakes, 1 tbsp.
Almond butter, 1 tsp.
Instructions:
Cook quinoa with water until tender. Once cooked, stir in 1/4 cup hazelnut drink (or any plant-based milk) to make it creamy. If needed, add a little water. Top with 1/2 banana (sliced), 60 g blueberries, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, and 1 tsp almond butter.

TIP: Cooked quinoa and other grains can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. This makes meal prep easier.
