Dill & Smoked Salmon Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Wholegrain or gluten-free wrap, 2

  • Cream cheese, 2 tbsp.

  • Salad leaves (e.g. lettuce and dill), 1 handful

  • Avocado, 1/2

  • Smoked salmon, 100 g

  • Mushrooms, 2-3 medium

  • (Lemon juice)



Instructions:

Steam or sauté thinly chopped mushrooms in a non-sticky frying pan.

Thinly slice the mushrooms. Steam or sauté them in a non-stick frying pan until tender. Spread cream cheese on wraps.

Add salad leaves, avocado, smoked salmon, and mushrooms.

Drizzle with lemon juice if desired.

Roll up and serve.
