Blueberry & Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
Pomegranate OR favorite berries, 1 handful
Frozen or fresh blueberries, 1 handful
(Lactose-free) yoghurt OR vegan Greek yogurt, 120 g
Protein Powder, 30 g, unsweetened whey protein OR unsweetened vegan protein powder
Chia seeds or flaxseeds, 1 tbsp.
Shredded coconut, 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
Put the blueberries, yogurt, and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
Halve the pomegranate and tap out the seeds into a bowl.
Pour the smoothie into a small bowl and scatter with the pomegranate seeds, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
