Blueberry & Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:

  • Pomegranate OR favorite berries, 1 handful  

  • Frozen or fresh blueberries, 1 handful

  • (Lactose-free) yoghurt OR vegan Greek yogurt, 120 g

  • Protein Powder, 30 g, unsweetened whey protein OR unsweetened vegan protein powder

  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds, 1 tbsp.

  • Shredded coconut, 1 tbsp.


Instructions:

Put the blueberries, yogurt, and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth.

Halve the pomegranate and tap out the seeds into a bowl.

Pour the smoothie into a small bowl and scatter with the pomegranate seeds, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
