Tropical Acai Bowl

Ingredients:
Acai powder, 2 tsp.
Frozen berries, 1 handful
Ripe banana, chopped, 1 medium
Water, 100 ml
Ice cubes, 1 handful
Add protein:
Vegan Greek yoghurt, 3 tbsp. OR
Silken tofu, 3 tbsp. OR
Vegan unsweetened protein powder, 2 tbsp.
Optional toppings:
Raspberries, 1/2 handful
Coconut flakes, 1 tbsp.
Toasted oats, 1 tbsp.
Mint leaves
Instructions:
Put the acai powder, frozen berries, banana, favorite protein, and ice cubes into a powerful blender with 100ml water. Blitz until smooth, then pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings.
