Ingredients:

  • Acai powder, 2 tsp.

  • Frozen berries, 1 handful

  • Ripe banana, chopped, 1 medium

  • Water, 100 ml

  • Ice cubes, 1 handful


Add protein:

  • Vegan Greek yoghurt, 3 tbsp. OR

  • Silken tofu, 3 tbsp. OR

  • Vegan unsweetened protein powder, 2 tbsp.

 

Optional toppings:

  • Raspberries, 1/2 handful  

  • Coconut flakes, 1 tbsp.

  • Toasted oats, 1 tbsp.

  • Mint leaves



Instructions:

Put the acai powder, frozen berries, banana, favorite protein, and ice cubes into a powerful blender with 100ml water. Blitz until smooth, then pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings.
